Ok guys i think that all know the usefull poison of hotsprings monsters...

The best way to get fast lvl 4 malaria & cholera is the wolf

Just go to the red water (dont enter) hit mob until he give some poinson...

Sleep him and go to water

If the malaria & cholera lvl 5 above, just kill the mob, go to water and do a restart and the poison will be again lvl 1!

THIS WORKS ON L2 C4 OFF (100%) no ideia about on c4 above

work for interlude moliaria give 100-1000 cast speed but in bug server only )))
