Buffs time,how i can change them??

I think the title says clearly what i want  ;D.I want to change the buffs time(dance,songs,prophecys etc).Can anyone help me?

Oh also i have another problem...I downloaded the files that Vortex gave me and i copy/paste them in my server/gameserver/data... but when i want to spawn GM Shop,NPC Buffer or GK it says me "Target is not ingame" can anyone help me?

1) View guides... they are stickied, there is a row in each buff/song/dance, which sets the duration time...

2) Execute the sql files... And edit the __init__.py for the npc buffer too...
