Huge Problem Help

Hi Guys i have a lot of problem but the most is That some times the monster stuck and they dont respawn what is wrong? i use pc at germany 100 mbbs up donw at windows softaware help me plz what i have to o to solve the problem

maybe u use a bad pack ?

 

 

u had this problem allways or only when u done someting ?

 

when u had it allways from start your l2 serveer  then i think your pack is buged and dont work or try uninstal l2 but i think pack is bad.

 

this i only think so i dont know if im sure...

 

maybe im right :)

 

 

and all mobs dont respawn ? or only some ?
