l2informer for gracia pt2 ?

i am looking for l2informer for gracia pt2 ...

in forum i have only found informer full for interlude and informer version 1.7.2

i search a little and found that there is informer 1.8.x and 2.2 but didn't found any working link ecxept that :

EDIT: I found an informer v2.2 but its in russian i think (i actually see them like "???????")

is there any1 that can make an english version ?? if there is tell me to upload it.
