[Help] L2 Fileedit error

Okay, whenever I open my fileedit and try to open any .dat file, it splits up this: (Any ideas?)

you need a patched system in order to edit the files ,

or get the system from some servers(il,ct2 etc) and edit them

Edit: Omagad, I'm already tired of this, why this happens to me? xD... Okay, I could decrypt file, edited it, but when I encrypted it, the same error appeared. Any idea?

what system do you use and what u are trying to do ?

Try to use the version of 313.Fileedit sometimes have different versions to save a patch file.....

So try it and if u got the same problem reply here or send me pm

on my server, already did the server part now just client part left, I decrypted it successly, added lines of the weapons and wanted to decrypt it back into itemname-e.dat, and it threw me this error.

 

I'll try to use a bit different system Mafia gave me and also other l2fe version

u have to add them in the last line and leave one line blank , try them , i did it and it worked , also the file edit i gave u works till gracia p2

Lol, I would never think ONE STUPID BLANK LINE could cause this all.

 

Now weapongrp.dat, I've done this the way I did itemname-e.dat (added the blank lines) but this time it didn't help :/

as i see there is a blank line in the middle of the screen ... delete it .. and try again or use the one i uploaded and check how it is
