I play Middle rates 35-60x :) , So i vote 4 Low rates. I go to play in High Rates servers only to test bugs/exploits other stuff :P

i started l2  in low rates and i get bored coz of grinding and farming a lot of  stuff :S and now i just playing high rate srvers for fun:P
