L2Phx doesn't maximize you're Enchant succes rate to 100%.It doesn't maximize the enchant rate at all.

L2Phx helps you to enchant faster.

I think you cant have safe enchant only with l2phx.

Anyway in some servers you actually can use it to buy enchanted items.

But.. Only working one some (fews :S) servers that use a type of custom GM Shops.

Remenber that safe enchant with l2phx works only on l2J!!!

With phx safe enchant doesnt exist..you can put max +65535 at 100% chance;))
