l2jfree interlude buffer(please see)

i need help guys, i searched in whole forum, i found solutions but still i think im doing something wrong. ok here is the problem. i made buffer on my server, it is l2j free archid pack. i spawned buffer, but when i click buff it gives me this "you are not carrying the material or some quest... blabla." so please anyone can help me ?  i have one buffer where i can buff but some buffs does not work. for example i cant put dance, songs.

check the inits if u registered the buffer inside , also check the init of the buffer if your pack supports the imports
