Finally i found a server with avarge 400 ppl online and i can enchant with phx without problems....but i get banned i think . I made a lot of accounts but it still say : Currently logging in please wait . :(

U must using hex codes, for creat enchant's and enchant it, using l2phx.

 

All u have written in first post. If you dont understand, use google translate.
