Before some months i made a topic about payment via internet in Greek...today i didnt go to school and i decided to translate it to english...And i am sorry if in Some points you will not understand my english because it sux a little...Here it goes

 

Here we will try to explain in simple words

 

* How to get a card for purchases from the Internet

* How to open an account at paypal

 

 

We begin with the finding of card that is also the difficult and mainly distrustful process for all of us:

 

To make purchases through the Internet we need a card that will become acceptable from the systems that undertake markets-payment, in this way we must choose a card that is VISA because it's acceptable worldwide.

 

There are 3 types of cards that we can use in our electronic transactions:

 

   * The Credit cards

   * The Debit cards

   *And Prepaid cards that were created mainly for this reason

 

For the first card, the world is divided.There are those who use them extensively and those who do not even want to listen about a credit card.Now all banks offer dozens of different card names and with different Bonuses. Credit card gives you the ability to make purchases without having money in your account and each month sends you the bill in which you can pay the whole or just a part of the whole process. The Whole process also becomes with the proportional interest.

 

For purchases through the Internet people are too scared to use the credit card because you may be in debt if it will be a hack and the number of the card fall in the wrong hands. NEVER WRITE THE NUMBER OF YOUR CREDIT CARD IN SITE OF DOUBTFUL SAFETY.

 

The second type is a debit card , As i know not all banks give debot cards which are VISA.The advantage of debit card is, that can be used for purchases only if it has money in the account, so even if there is a mess to fall into the wrong hands they can take only the money which are in the account (that's why we don't have to put much money in the account).

 

The third type of card is the prepaid card, which is a new "fashion" in the market.The acquisition is so simple.You go to the bank you want, do the application for the card, give the amount you want to have in the card, you get it and you use it everywhere you want.The advantage is that you dont mess with bank accounts or monthly subscriptions or even risk your money.When you use it you keep it and if necessary go back to the bank and fill in the amount again.(very good solution for Internet purchases)

The only bad thing is that it takes some sort of "supply" from the markets but which are not any large amount.

After obtaining the card we are ready to do our transactions from online stores.

The more companies (if not all) that sell products or services through Internet cooperate with other companies which play the role of intermediary between buyer and seller, creating a possible safe environment for these markets.

One of the most famous companies offering the services of an agent is paypal.

Lets see the process of acquiring a paypal account (through this we can me markets)

 

1) For the start we should go to the home page of Paypal.

       www.paypal.com

...and then click to "Welcome"...

 

2) Then we click the "Sign Up" on the right,and from drop down menu we choose country where it also goes us to the following page--see photo http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i130/agriojohn/02-5.jpg

 

It gives us certain choices for what account we can create.

Compare PayPal Account Types-For simple Internet purchases allow selected "Personal Account" and press "Continue". But i Suggest Premier Account

 

3) A: If you do not have credit card, when it asks you about credit card's information you press "Cancel" which mean you dont declare it but the registration is Done.

4) Once you fill the information card we do click on "Add Card" and we go to the next page where it tells us that the account was created, but we must confirm the email. Foto: http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i130/agriojohn/05-3.jpg

 

5) Close the browser and we check our Email, at the email do click on the appropriate link, where we open the following page you should put the password that we had selected in beginning of registration. Foto: http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i130/agriojohn/06-3.jpg
