Help 2problems with acis 409 (key manipulation / Monster Spawn

1. When the Enter Chat Mode is enabled in the options, the WASD keys stop working, and when I try to use WASD while clicking the ground with the mouse, the client freezes.

2. Dead monsters do not respawn. Despite using all the commands such as respawn / respawndelay and setting the correct times, they still do not work.
