Edited by littlejoHey there, here on video you can see buffs working on 1400+ and 480- Cast. Spd. BUT for this to happen I've changed animation as well, otherwise all normal buffs and heals, even the Cure Poison and Remedy, you cannot see the full Visual Effect of them.
I tried full clean client, I tried to run local, I tried to delete whole data in case a Character was bugging it, but no. So probly there's something wrong in Java which I don't know since I'm working with Devs.
If someone knows this problem or can solve it, I'll be glad to pay for his/her services, thanks in advance.
