can someone explain me this sh1t? xD :) how can I modify it ?

Open Navicat , Or W/E Program you use to manage ur database

 

go to `npc` table and find the id of this npc..

 

go to collision height and radius

 

there u must make some changes in order to become "Fixed"

You can do it the stef's way but here is an easier one.

Shift+click on the npc,select edit npc and from there change the height and radius.

After you do so just respawn the npc and you are gg.
