Its l2j gracia part II, so, isnt official.

Can someone try l2phx on that server?

Yes it is l2j gracia partII.

Tested, L2phx works on that server BUT its useless because its protected. So you can start it and use but will not get anything using it. If wanna use it Try another server ;)
