Discussion Which project to use for a H5 low rate server?

Greetings!

 

I'm here to ask for your opinions and of course if you have personally used these emulators.

I'm looking for the best/most advanced/most fixed (whatever else you can call it) project to use for a H5 low rate server?

Ideally, an open source/free one would be the best for me to learn some new stuff and also experiment.

I know private sources are best to use or L2OFF for low rate servers but I would like to try to make a low rate server/experimental project even against all odds.

 

I will take your criticism, of course if it's moderate and not just bullying me.
