Tool Encdec Error

Want to decrypt some interface.u

But when i try decrypt i got error Unknown or corrupted header.
 

but Encdec working properly on other files
File from working interlude server
How i can do it?

maybe its encrypted with another type of encryption, maybe smarcrypt or others.

to decrypt these files only with the program, or people here on forum, or mxc discord who do it paying

How to decect encryption?
I can watch it on hex so what..
if its SmartCrypt, i need patched smartguard l2.exe for inject to decrypted data cos i cant inject in protected exe
or help me to debug protected exe for find encrypted data in memory and copy it
someone can help?
