[HELP] I Need Help With Fortresses ! English

Hello!

Can someone help me with  fortresses , i use Hellbound L2jFree server!

for each fortress i can register for siege but after siege starts none of NPC's are attaking me and if click on one it says: I Have Noting To Say To You! Quest

what can be wrong with fortresses ..... data missing?

in my config folder i have the file for fortress siege!

please help me i want to make them work properly !
