Help Freez and Critical

Hello everyone, I don't know if this is the right place, but I'm here to expose a problem I've been having for several months in all the servers I've played.

 

I have a little problem but I do not know how to solve it, every time I kill a mob that has to do with a quest, for example: the quest of stakato, every time I kill one, the game freezes, kill 2 or 3 only freezes for 1 sec, but if I kill many at once everything freezes to the point that I throw critical.

 

In the following videos you can see how the Stakato mobs freeze the screen when they die. But if I abort the Zero Hours quest the problem is fixed. The same happens with the second video, where I show how the Sepulcher Guard that corresponds to the Yoke Of The Past quest freezes me when he dies, but the Lesser Ancient Soldier doesn't do it because he doesn't have any quest.

@geometry dash meltdown Make that the system requirements of the game are met by your machine. You can have problems with performance if your hardware doesn't meet the minimal requirements.
