I want someone that can create an external jar that will botreport on lucera 2

More infos:  ingame chat .botreport--->target-->>open window with button report--->send the report to a file or discord or somewhere so i can check.

*I have an external file that is half work done because the guy was doing that dissapeard 1 month now.If the file helps we keep it if not we can make a  new from 0
