its not a bug but simply its l2 featyre. but its still usefull!

Why nessecerily a C-grade dagger and not a S-grade dagger with the same  ability? (Rsk. Haste)

It's really not a trick... It's just sa with rsk.haste and all physical skills re-use time are controling from atk.speed so if you use curse dagger rsk.haste when hp drops 60% your att.speed be max so you get fastest re-use. sorry for my english :( It works everywhere... all titans when killing raid boses use this...
