When did the rules change that you do not have to add a chronicle or an opening date to post in Private Servers?

so prefix chronicle "rules" should be edited?

 

If server does not have to post date to open LIVE server .. what is difference between

[Previews} Private Servers and Private servers?

server owners must add the live date of their server, the previews is what is coming up soon, private servers are servers that they are live! and users can bump once each 24 hours to keep your topic to the top of the section from other topics.
