Help Potions cooldown animations

Hi, i find more topics with this question but nowhere find solutions 

Some1 know how make cooldown % in bar for potions (for ITEMS not skills, for skills use l2_skilltime.utx and working good)
 - need this animation for potions. THX
USE acis files.

some1 dont know what packet use client for potions ? write ???
