Ok now I got it to work as I did your suggestion and entered it manually but I can spawn it but its saying the following:

Sorry, my HTML is missing!

data/html/merchant/153153.htm

 

I checked to see and its there so its got me buggered

Well...you have to place the htm's in gameserver\data\html\merchant.

Otherwise...they wont work.

Its works now I left the htm files in the option folder I have moved them and now it works thanks heaps

Well, im gonna re-upload the SQL link later,

cause RS is encountering some problems right now.

 

The server 527.rapidshare.com is momentarily not available. We are aware of this and are working to get this resolved.

 

But you can always add the NPC manually though... :D
