Just open your topic in the marketplace and wait someone to message you, and work only with reliable devs(big post amount and vip if possible) because there is currently running scammers in that section looking for people like you who doesnt understand.

Don't waste your time with people without posts, they will be mostly scammers.

Also, not all developers work with everyone. In any case, if that developer delays you or is not sure about it, look for someone else - don't waste your time.
