How i can make an item, when consume to be able to add subclass?

I go to npc fot example and i need quest for add subclass, i want make an item and after consume it , to be able to add subclass.

Please help.

Make item with usage ItemaHandler. After consuming add subclass possibility. Check the quest for SubClas for it.

If you don't have knowledge for this work then just hire somebody who can to do this job. I said to you enough for starting do something from your side. I see you have the Copy/Paste skill only.
