Hello guys i got problem with my soundcard , i just buy it to boost my z906 logitech with my laptop

 

i buy soundblaster omni 5.1 .. when i try to run the program of card ... i have an error

i google it , i did everything that google show me .. nothing yet .. more possible is to break the card and laptop than fix it
