Help L2.exe

Hi guys.I have a problem with my l2.exe.I am double clicking on it and while is trying to open the window error is coming that l2 exe file is not working.There are 2 friends of mine we have all the same problem.At least they are trying and after 5-10 times the game opens mine it doesnt at all.We trying different clients and game server patches but still same problem.Windows are up to date.Any idea what could it be?Couple of months ago it was fine.Now i ve trying and it doesnt work at all.I am providing a picture which is in greek.sorry :)
