Help Ways to change the model/texture of herbs

I was watching an online stream where a player in an IL server had different mand and life herb texures ( it was cola and pepsi model on the ground).
I tried to look search and look around any way to modify or simply download the files but i could not find anything. I hope someone could help me out with it!
