How to recover the original war icon in DEADZ 2.4?

Currently, I am using the DEADZ 2.4 interface.
There is something I don't like. The clan war icon appears as 2 small swords. I would like to recover the original icon (that big blue one). 
Can anyone tell me how to get it?

What files come with the interface?
