Help About Twitch / Streaming reward system / command

Hello i would like to find out about how the twitch command that there is in some servers,  how is it possible for example to create a twitch command in order to take the username of the twitch account and used only by one character only in game and count the views for example and after some amount of views reward them with items.

Yes thank you so much but this, implementing it on FandC or l2j, will change the whole code i guess and it will not work like that, as far as i understand this works like Vote reward system that you shared right?
