New Server Suggestions

Hello, making a new server and would like suggestions to have the most players. It will be a Hellbound server that will cost me about $160 a month. I am willing to pay the bill and will allow small donations however they will not be over powered because I enjoy the game and like to see others as well.

 

Personal opinion is people get board of High Rate servers and prefer a stable community that grows in time with maybe 25x rates.

 

The question is if i am will to pay for dedicated server with 100mb up 2500 bw how do I attract enough players as it seems like hopzone does not attract much.

 

If enough people play and have fun then do not mind spending the money without donations or only for small items.

 

So please give me opinions on what and how to attract the most players and where to advertise.
