I try to make CSS server but I have this error when I try to play

Paste here the parameters of the shortcut.

I suppose there's a shortcut, in which you typed "-console" plus some other things in parameters.

All in all, if there's any parameter related to the VAC security of the server disable it.

I can't open it from srcds and I use this in cmd

 

cd C:\Program Files\Valve\HLServer

srcds.exe -console -game cstrike -autoupdate +maxplayers 12 +map cs_italy

 

and when I try to login in server I have EsteamError 25
