Already told you to don't use old shits.

 

Anyway, to answer you question.

If you host server on local, your ip will be local. So all the freaking time it's gonna say you did not vote, no matter what. Unless you hard-code your external ip. As ip 127.0.0.1 did not vote, can't vote.

I followed a tutorial and installed and compiled a old version of source.  its rev 916.........

i cant add nothing on it....

i can download a new one and just copy-paste the head-src folder on server folder than compile again?

 

sorry mate...i know that my questions may sound stupid....but im just a poor newbie

      Exactly, if somebody hijacks ur sessions, then u wont see a new device in your "Devices List". And with that hijacked session you are able to change whatever you want unless you have 2FA enabled. And I believe changing a group owner doesn't trigger 2FA.
