Thanks for reporting such people. Ban him it's not the solution since this acc is made within 1 hour and the scammer will make new one in less than a minute. Buyers need to use trusted members or check the account before respond or use a middle-man. 

 

The account is 100% phising-scam but post anyway the conversation here so mods can ban him right away.
