[Request] All Buffs.

Does some1 in this forum made like a SuperBuffer? so that it has ALL the buffs! (even Frenzy and Ultimate Defense, ...)? Because I want to create Event, if we get more then 2k vote's on our servers there will be for 7 days a SpecialBuffer with all the buffs. Does some1 can do it? Its really important.
