hello everyone,  im looking for interface where debuffs are bind to hp bar (not the buffs), or its just free to move where u want, can anyone give me, or at least teach me how to edit that, which file is that? will be greatfull,

 like in this video, he have debuffs on top of the skill bar, so tath means he can move it wherever he wants, but my debuffs are bind to buffs, im looking like this or just to be bind on my hp  bar
