Increased starting adena - from 50k to 100k -> changed config
Added MAX hwid/IP clients per pc, IP-5 HWID-5. -> changed config
Increased class change price, 1st 75k/ 2nd 250k / 3rd 15kk. -> changed config
Increased echant rate +5% normal,blessed. 60/65% -> changed config
Clan restore fix. -> wut

Four sepuchulers 2nd room mob spawn fixed. -> changed max 10 lines in spawnlist
