We have started with a new project. We are looking for a talented l2jaCis developer. Requirements:

- free time

- good l2jaCis knowledge.

 

We offer:

- dedicated server

- all need payments

- 40% from donation system ( server start date 1.03.2018 )

- website is ready ( forum included )

- ready files to work with on the server

Not to be offensive but the whole LF is a joke. You will fail for sure. The chance to have a decent income such as 150e per month 

require at least 100 players online or more which you won't get using IT (especially aCis). So chances for the developer to get paid

after 3-4 months of work is 0.0007%. Higher chance u have to earn a bitcoin. So let's say you found 150e and its time for the dev's payment.

What you gonna pay first. The dedicated? The website? Keep for your self? So in the end dev's income is like 40 euro or so for build a fully working server.

 

Again don't take this as  "hate" or whatever online kids say these days. Im just objective and saying my opinion. 

You know how things work? You want something, you pay for it. The "you will get paid from donations" is out of chance, mostly because most of people

who sit to do a code want to have some buck. No hoping in some donation income after 3-4 months. 

Also lying that you already found people to do it for you and when i ask for names you answer "don't ask" is kinda immature which mean you don't even aim

to pay developer, more like after 3-4 months of work offer him a GM position to bypass the payment.
