Dedicated Server for 500 players+ With DDoS Protection

We are going to start a new project l2j Interlude ( l2jfrozen files ). We are looking for a good dedicated server with DDoS protection. Any suggestions? Can anyone tell me something about this hosting https://www.hetzner.com/ ? Thanks in advance for any help.

Amount you won't reach.

I would say no for hetzner for live server, as their ddos protection is unknown, before they didn't provide - they do since a while if I'm not wrong. Go with ovh.

config like the one you posted above looks fine,i think it can work.

But,at first you need to collect a 500 players community,and then somehow keep them.I suggest you to start with something lower for less players,and if your plan goes well then just upgrade/change.

You would be fine even with 4G ram. Dedi with 8G ram is more than enough.

Anyone knows what specs I need for 100-200 players? SSD how much? How much Ram? Bandwidth? Please tell me no experiance :/

U dont even need SSD. I would go with 6-8 RAM to be sure....
