x1-x7 rates totally rpg servers without npc buffers/gm shop

mid difficulty servers (x35-x45) with full gm shops and with or not buffers

or rly high rate servers (250x and more) with full gm shops+ buffers

1-10x is excelent to start playing and learn the game, because if you play an 500x youll reach 80 fast and doesn't really know all your char can do..

Personal I prefer low rates, but is only my point of view!
