This guy who open topics on how to spread keyloggers and rats and at the same time post in topics

that has tutorials on how to steal paypals, opened a topic saying u can make millions in 1 day using bitcoins and his services.

Obviously he search for weak victims who gonna give him access to their PC and he will just add keylogger or so.. 

His topic: 

Any mod please remove the topic and warn this member. I'ts obvious a scam.
