Searching the whole day, w/o success so i decided to ask for your help here, i'm searching code for infinity arrows n soulshot (l2jFrozen).

About ss/bss, frozen already it have. 

gameserver\config\head\allsettings.properties

# On / off infinite nipples (SS/BSS)
DontDestroySS = False
