did you noticed that his counter players were aswell noobs? :P (probably he was the only terorrist alive or atleast the only one alive in the bomp spot - because otherwise the other terrorists near by would have killed the defuser)

 

so Counter players knowing that one is already at spot (and defusing it and not killed by somone = probably no terrorists there) they see that another counter is on the "window" camping... and still the through HE granate and kill their own team member.... (there was not need to through this granade not to mention that he missed to through it correct... :P )
