is easy  just use a staff with MANA UP "SA" for buffing this is usefull for dominators/healers/buffers....

Imho ,since you are getting mana recharged in Java servers when you get the role buffs wind walk + either haste when fighter and acu when mage you should get [if mage] a homu Conversation SA , it gives you a lot of mana [ you should have equiped it before the match and healed yourself, so once you tp you can buff and than before you get healed you can equip your real weapon] Hope i helped ....
