Hello,i have 1 question.

 

is it possible to create  two servers on the same vps?

With same login yes. 

• You will need to register the second server id from RegisterGameServer (From the first login files).
• Create a new database.
• Change the port on server.properties to 7778(for example) and the new database.
  You should open a new port 7778(for example) if is home pc.

Even with different login servers. You just need to specify different ports. So, short answer is yes but keep in mind that a VPS has usually low resources and running two complete servers in the same VPS might not be a good idea from a server performance view.
