Help Gracia Final Leak Auto Announcement

Hi 
Unsure if it have been asked somewhere yet I have not found, I have tried searching with auto announce and announce the whole board without success.
I know we can do manual announcement.
Yet would it be possible to do an announcement at regular interval let say 1 hour.
Also how to add an announcement to player when it connect like in L2J ?
I ask it because I would love to send player information about running events.

//set_announce and //set_interval_announce commands are what you're looking for i'm pretty sure

Also can be added via database :dbo.login_announce (faster and easier than commandes for me tbh)
once you have edited DB you just have to do //set_interval_announce end it will restart the service and load your db settings without required any server restart :)
