[Guide] Learn how to make armors/weapons with custom texture with unreal

Recommended Posts

1. Make the utx

2. Encode it with Enc

3. When you will encode it it will have name enc-yourutxname

4. Rename it to yourutxname and put it in systextures folder.

5. Now you need to open the armor.grp with fileedit.

6. Copy and paste the line of each part in the end of all the lines.

7. Change for example you edited the human dragonic up. Find where it says mfighter.mfighter_m011_t89_u and change it to mfighter.yourutxname and you will do the same with all human textures of dragonic. But remember each race/gender have different dragonic. If you made for human fighter it will work only for human fighter. If you want to make for others u ll need again to edit textures.

8. When you change them save it and replace it with the old one. Save as 413
