L2 H5 - Saving Shortcuts And Action Windows (Help)

Hi all, not sure if anyone can assist. Im having difficulty saving two things. Server is L2 Amerika

1.- Shortcuts/Enter chat. 
I bind buttons like F. Y. U. to F slots and it works but every time i enter the game its not saved and i have to redo those over and over again.

2.- Skills & Magic, Inventory, Action, Character Status windows are not getting saved in the position i put those. Have to move those on every restart.

Any idea how i can fix this? If there is a way i'd be on cloud nine.

 

Don't be upset if im in the wrong section.been a while since ive been here. tying to read up on everything as we speak.

No one? there is gotta be a file at very least somewhere in the system folder to edit shortcuts and save permanently

its server side you as player cant do anything if only admin enable the config
