[Help] Vote Manager For L2Acis

I search everything on forum right now and i can't found workly Vote manager for L2Acis my revision is the newest of l2acis. 
Someone knows something ?

Nop..just a tip always you have much exambles there think first before posting.try yourself to find the fix..only this way you will learn faster
