Request [Request] Vote System Reward (Hopzone / Network)

hello everyone, i have one problem with the vote system reward, i can't get the reward from Hopzone and Network, just i can from Topzone because i got the code from the forum, i am actually use l2jFrozen rev 1118, if anyone can help me sharing these code i will be very grateful, thanks in advance. m2 i want to enable the vote reward system, y put the url in gameserver/config/powerpak like this
